The fire was reported around 2:50 a.m. in the area of Vandergrift Avenue and MacArthur Boulevard, according to the Los Angeles Fire Department.

Meanwhile, the cause of the fire is under investigation.
Although firefighters managed to gain control of the fire in just an hour, the blaze erupted as many parts of the region prepare for the return of warm temperatures and Santa Ana winds. That combination is triggering a Red Flag Warning due to the elevated risk of fires.
