GLENDALE, Calif. (KABC) — At least seven people were taken to a hospital after a fire at an assisted living facility in Glendale late Friday afternoon.

The fire occurred near Mountain Street and Allen Avenue. Footage from AIR7 showed that the roof of the building had collapsed.
According to fire officials, seven people, including six residents and one worker, were transported to a hospital with minor injuries.

By 6 p.m., most of the flames appeared to be extinguished, though firefighters remained at the scene.
