HOLLYWOOD HILLS, LOS ANGELES (KABC) — A police shooting unfolded in the Hollywood Hills on Saturday night after Los Angeles police responded to a reported stabbing.

Police officers responded to a report of a man with a knife at a home on Warbler Way around 9:30 p.m.
When officers arrived, they located the stabbing victim and the suspect.
According to the police department, when officers attempted to apprehend the suspect, at least one officer fired shots.

The circumstances leading up to the shooting are unknown, and it’s also unclear how many officers fired shots.
The suspect was hit by the gunfire, but their condition is unknown.
Police also did not have an update on the stabbing victim’s condition.
LAPD said no officers were hurt.
