ENCINO, LOS ANGELES (KABC) — Multiple cars were disabled with flat tires on the southbound 405 Freeway in Encino, causing major traffic delays in the area Monday morning.
The incident was reported around 5:30 a.m. at Mulholland Drive, according to the California Highway Patrol’s traffic log. The damage was reportedly being caused by some metal rods in the middle of the roadway.

AIR7 was over the scene where as many as 10 cars were pulled over on the right shoulder with flattened tires.
