It all unfolded just before 1 a.m. Wednesday on West Pageant Place. When firefighters arrived, large flames were shooting out of what appeared to be the garage of the home.

The family managed to get out of the home safely with their dog.
It took crews about 30 minutes to put out the fire.
It’s unclear what started the fire.
