ANAHEIM, Calif. (KABC) — Two people managed to survive a wild crash in Anaheim after the sedan they were in was crushed by a big rig.

The big rig overturned on the 91 Freeway at Brookhurst Street around 7:30 p.m. Tuesday, and the container it was hauling landed on top of the car.
First responders said the back end of the container landed on a cement k-rail, preventing it from completely crushing the vehicle.

The two people inside the car managed to scramble out through the passenger side. They, along with the big rig driver, were taken to the hospital in unknown condition.
