ANAHEIM, Calif. (KABC) — <\/span>Pedro Pascal, the star of “The Mandalorian and Grogu,” made a surprise appearance at Disneyland this weekend.<\/p>\n

On Saturday, the actor donned the armor of the Mandalorian and put on the helmet. Then, as guests entered the Millennium Falcon: Smugglers Run ride, Pascal took off the helmet to reveal himself to lots of surprised gasps and screams from the guests.<\/p>\n

He then took time to speak with the guests and take pictures.<\/p>\n

“The Mandalorian and Grogu” made its world premiere on the red carpet, bringing some of the franchise’s most popular characters from streaming to the big screen.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Pascal was later seen enjoying a show at Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge, along with “The Mandalorian and Grogu” co-star Sigourney Weaver, director Jon Favreau and creator Dave Filoni.<\/p>\n

“The Mandalorian and Grogu” opens in theaters on May 22.<\/p>\n

The Walt Disney Company is the parent company of Lucasfilm and this ABC station.<\/em><\/p>\n
