Footage shows two California Highway Patrol officers leading the pop star into the back of a patrol vehicle after she was handcuffed.
At one point, Spears was in the back of the patrol car and told law enforcement that they were being mean to her, and they responded by saying they needed to test her blood.
According to the police report, CHP officers could smell an alcoholic beverage coming from her breath. They say her speech was rapid and slurred.
