RESEDA, LOS ANGELES (KABC) — Five people were transported to hospitals Friday morning after a three-vehicle crash involving a car that slammed into the back of a Metro bus, officials said.

The crash was reported at 9:47 a.m. near the intersection of Sherman Way and Etiwanda Avenue, according to the Los Angeles Fire Department.

Seven people were evaluated at the scene before five of them were taken to medical centers, the LAFD said. The severity of their injuries was not immediately known.
